  Excellent facilities, excellent room and pleasent staff. The only to be considere is that there is only one Bus that goes to the Hotel, that starts at 9:00 AM with 2 hours apart from each Bus.   Excellent hotel in a very good location just off Maggiore Piazza. The staff were friendly and helpful. I drove to the hotel and they looked after city driving permit and parking. I used sat nav to find hotel which got me to the front door, unfortunately via a pedestrian area! Still I learnt some new Italian phrases. A tasty breakfast was offered in a stylish dining room from 06:45 until 10:30 so great for tourists and business travellers alike. You couldn't be any more central (convenient for shops & sights), yet it wasn't really noisy. A lovely hotel in a lovely city - what a find!
