Amazing hotel with awesome view! It was one of the most memorize breakfast in my life- sunrise through the window, appetizing delicious nice & various food, good service! SPA is splendid, but for charge. I suppose it had to be free even indoor swimming pool. -

We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. Later the gentleman on reception was just as helpful and kind with his superb restaurant recommend

Excellent location, in the center of the old town. The hotel is new, nice, clean and very comfortable. the staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially Elisabeth who knew that it was my birthday during my stay so she managed to surprise me by putting a beautiful gift on my bed. i simply loved the hotel.

the hotel was great, the service was great. Bathroom was great. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to visit other towns on Lake Como--steps away from the boat that takes you around the lake. Walking distance to an inexpensive grocery and a mini bar to store food in. No noise issues at all. Excellent hotel.

The hotel has a pleasantly old-fashioned feel to it but the service was spot on. The staff were courteous and helpful, even to the point of retrieving a lost cardigan from the Villa Carlotta and posting it on. We had a particularly friendly waiter who introduced us to his wife when we met in town on his day off! -

We found a small restuarant just up the road called La Perla that was perfect with fresh tasty food and super service.

We've stayed for 3 nights, very friendly owners that let us check in
at 13:00 although they open at 15:00. It was really comfortable, clean,
great wifi access to all your devises, well equipped kitchen and
bathroom ( washing machine in the bathroom), satellite. A 7 minutes walk
to Lake Como, 3 minutes walk to some shopping stores, 5 minutes drive

The location was very good for viewing Cernobbio and it was very close to the boats pier going to Como: in 8 minutes you were already in the city of Como.
The place was immersed in a treed location and in a quite area of Cernobbio, in front of Villa Erba. The owners were very helpful and kind. The apartment was fitted with every confort you could want, including a washing machine in the bathroom. We will definitely stay again at the Cernobbio Residence.

Kind personal and fairly good breakfast. Nothing fancy, just annoter hotel. Maybe not that good value for money compared to other cities, but generally the cities around lago como are expensive, so in that respect the price is okay. It's coviniently placed between the railway station and the historical part of the city -

We love this hotel- been before and will come again. It's not your glamour resort but a family built and run hotel carved into the hill directly overlooking Lake Como. Wonderful position overlooking a long stretch of Lake Como. Breakfast at 8.50 euros per person was tasty, substantial and of good variety. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the food and service. Watching the lights coming on around the lake as we dined added some magic to the experience.
