  Big, spacious and airy room with lovely big balcony. We were overlooking the pool and the amazing view of the islands. It was very clean and towels were replaced every day with the floors swept and washed also. Breakfast was simple but adequate, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay here again.   Excellent hotel! Definitely recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, just a few steps down to the beach. We stayed in a superior room for 4 nights. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, which made it a pleasant stay. The terrace was big and perfect for enjoying outside. One of the best we tried in Ba - The hotel is very well maintained and the location perfect. The staff goes out of their way to please the customer. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was recently renovated and was spacious and clean.   Great location just by the sea. Lovely view - we had a sea view room which was soo worth the extra 30 €. Very nice private beach/rocks with ok food, good service and comfortable sun beds. Maria Teresa in the front desk helped us out very good. She should be head of this hotel, not the grumpy old man in the front desk.   The hotel itself is really nice, there's no spa/gym but the pool is outstanding, views are breathtaking and the private beach is really something else. We had a good time and La Bisaccia is worth seeing.
