  a very well run and clean hotel, where the guest is treated very professional. The rooms are spacious, and well designed. This is a authentic building that is renovated to modern level, with the old "heart" intact. we love visiting Ascoli Piceno, and will be in this hotel in the future! H&A - Great reception.   The hotel was beautiful although a bit hard to find. I would tell all my best friends about this jewel and keep it secret from everyone else.
