  The hotel was very clean and had a beautiful view overlooking Lake Como. The beds were large and comfortable. The hotel is located off of a narrow, winding drive up from the main road around Lake Como, but there was plenty of parking.   The staff at the Argegno Hotel were very courteous, friendly helpful and delightful, service was great and we were made to feel as part of the family. Positioned Lakeside on main road opposite ferry terminal, bus stop right in front of the hotel.   The staff couldn't do enough to help, and went above and beyond. The rooms were ridiculously clean - very well kept and maintained. Food was lovely - breakfast everyday on the terrace over looking the lake is the best way to start the day. On the lake's edge next to the ferry. The quality of the food & service was the best in Argegno at the same price as other restaurants. The waiter de-boned the baked fish at our table. Try the crepe suzettes prepared at the table. You can eat there even if you are not staying at the hotel.
