  the owner is very nice and friendly and smiling all the time! the rooms are big and comfy. close to the airport but very quiet. we stayed only 1 night before our early flight so didn't have time for breakfast but the owner still left us something little to eat. - We LOVED it here.   The room was very good, everything was new and very clean, they cleaned it everyday. The hotel itself is very near the highway so it is very easy to find and it is 3 km from the center so it is a half an hour walk to the center. The bus station is two meters from the hotel so you can take the bus to the center and back! The breakfast which is included in the price is one coffee, juice sometimes and a - Location is perfect for people with cars, because there's free parking in the front of the hotel + on the back side there is enough room for cars. The rooms are small, but new furnitured, bathroom is very good. It's cheap. The breakfast is ok, the staff is very helpful and frendly. Note: if you go there by car, for the old town use the free parking near Porta Palio. It's very close to the center and there's no risk to receive a ZTL fine ticket for driving in the old town.
