The room was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice, atmospheric hotel. Good location. - The hotel is really well located. Even from the train station, the busstops at the corner of the hotel street (4-5 stops). You can easily walkto all attractions. As a solo traveler, single rooms are usually not thebest. In this case I even had a balcony! Staff very friendly. Very goodbreakfast buffet. Recom

The girls and I loved the apartment we stayed in at the residence two. It was very convenient to have in room breakfast as we were affected by jet lag. We were very lucky and were upgraded to a suite as on the second night of our stay there was a function in the restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and the service exceptional. Our suite was quiet & lovely, the bed was very comfortable and there was even a choice of pillows! We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was delicious

Visited as part of our honeymoon and although we didn't have a great start with the restaurant being closed on our first night, due to a wedding that was right outside our bedroom you cannot fault the hotels beauty.
The location is wonderful and the pool is very relaxing with a great waiter service. Loved the free apple smoothie!
Great spa although the jacuzzi was a little cold.
Restaurant was excellent with a fantastic choice of wines.

The staff were very helpful and provided a really good service. The
location on the lake was excellent and within easy walking distance to
the local town. The indoor pool and facilities ( sauna etc ) was
excellent and the pool tempurature was very nice however all facilites

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival and were upgraded to a suite as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. The suite had 2 bathrooms, a lounge, a full size hot tub and a kingsize circular bed. The breakfast was amazing with a vast array of choices. The pools and facilities were top class and everywhere was spotlessly clean.
