  The Winter Garden Hotel is a beautiful property. Elegant, modern, and spacious! The feel of the lobby just gives you a chic sense that your stay will be restful. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of the Spa, but the shower was mind-blowing enough to count like a Spa! I am gushing, but just coming off a fabulous Costa Cruise, I felt like we were still on the ship! The shuttle to the airport wa - Free parking which is great. Staff were helpful. Clean rooms with nice bathroom and huge double shower. Convenient to stay if you have an early/late flight to bergamo. Not as close to airport as some of the others but cheaper rate and free parking makes up for it if you have a hire car.

The location was really good - airport & train/bus stations are in close proximity, and also conveniently located from cable car station (for access to the Old Town). Thanks tohotel personnel which gave us instructions to found the hotel by busfrom Bergamo. Hotel situation seem to be on a side of the town but therewas a nice restaurant nearby. Hotel breakfastwas also very good. - Very friendly staff, restaurant with nice selection of food (pizzas,pasta, salads etc) big room, woth very comfortable bed and pillow (Ieven thought of buying one from them!) Cheap and really fast internet,free room service. Soon will have a spa! A very worthwhile deal!

  Staff is as efficient, fast and yet warm and welcoming as usual. It striked me for better that they took notice of a former suggestion to solve a petty issue. Location is perfect if you mean to take an early flight (and have a car). The hotel incl. premises is extremely clean, great breakfast; the hotel is like a museum with ART all around the building incl. the rooms and outside on the premises. Via Milano bit noisy when you're at the outside swimming pool - The staff could not do enough for us - from train times, to recommending restaurants, to calling all of Bergamo to find somewhere we could leave our luggage on the last day (unfruitful). The hotel is dotted with art and sculptures and the overall effect is very impressive. The toom was small but perfectly formed, and the bathrooms are lovely. I do not think I could fault this hotel.
