But staff in the morning was very considerate and apologized for the mistake and reduced the room tariff due to mistake on their part. - Large, clean room with shower and sink. Toilet was on the corridor, but we had no problems using it. Everything is really clean, the staff is friendly. Nice breakfast, not much but a good start for the day. The hotel is really close to the train station Pisa Centrale, this being the most important aspect for us.

  It was great exactly what we needed after 2 weeks travelling and camping. Staff were excellent, pool was excellent, room was excellent and breakfast was excellent lots of choice and plenty to fill you up for the day. - The room was excellent, meticulously clean.   The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We had a 6 year old with us and the walk into Lucca city walls was managable. The bike hire arrangement was great and very resonably priced. The swimming pool was lovely.
