The location was excellent with the staff very friendly and helpful. The taxi tours outside the hotel were also excellent - clenleyness and the helpful staff,plus the location,just round the corner from the bus station and shoping centres.

Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. This is a lovely hotel, well situated for a good night out, yet in a quiet area. Any staff we encountered were friendly and polite. Ramada encore is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants although we dined in the restaurant within hotel itself. From we arrived until we departed the staff were polite and friendly making sure that we were satisfied with everything. My stay at the Ibis in Belfast coincided with the shocking weather the city experienced on 22nd March 2013. hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.

The Bed & Breakfast is located close to walking distance to the city. Kevin and June the owners are friendly. Kevin is helpful with organizing tours and knowledgeable of the local area and city. They provide comfortable, clean premises and a great Irish breakfast menu.

It is very close to QUB so was quite convenient, as I was attending a conference there. It's proximity to Botanic Station and the variety of restaurants in the area were a definite plus. We decided to book the beechlawn for an overnight stay after a night at the dog track. The staff were efficient and fairly friendly. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way from Belfast city centre, there are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area if you don't mind a wee walk and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance (although no Sunday service, unfortunately). The Balmoral is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
