  The hotel staff were very pleasant from check in to bar attendance to restaurant. When we checked in to our room it was cold because window had been left open and heating had gone off. The receptionist arranged for a heater to be plugged in and by time we were going to bed our room was lovely and cosy. The rooms were exceptionally nice - bright sp... что говорят » acious and nicely decorated. There were lots of areas within the hotel to sit and relax and have a chat. The overall decor throughout the hotel was lo - From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff. It will be our Limerick destination of choice in future and so easily accessed from the Motorway whichever direction you are coming from. Full marks to all concerned. Michael Hegarty, Galway

  The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also ate in the hotel and the food was top class.   Extremely friendly staff. Clean rooms. Fantastic price. Beautiful campus with lovely stalls, places to have food. Brilliant bus service to concert. Everything made very clear to you in polite , warm, friendly way. Better than any hotel experience I have had to date. Good shops on campus for supplies. Nice campus for walking in. Regular bus service into the city, so didn't need to use car at all. Really good value for money. Lots of parking on campus, and it was free.
