I enjoyed my stay immensely. 1st time staying in a 5 star hotel and its a true saying that you get what you pay for. So nice to step out of hotel and be on Grafton St!! The entire experience! The staff was EXCELLENT...friendly, competent,happy and committed personnel. Absolutely loved this hotel! Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! Everything in this hotel was as you would expect for a 5* hotel. At no point did we think something was amiss as is often the case in other hotels. Having stayed in hotels all over the world I must say that the Marker
has been one of the best. Spent 1 night in the Marker as we were taken
in the Ireland - New Zeland rugby match. The hotel is in a great
location in Dublin, just a short walk to the city centre, and the Avia
stadium, when we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpfull staff.
We received a free upgrade in our room. The room was out of this world,
very mordern and clean. Spa was great and the breakfast was to die for.
