The staff could not have been more plasant or helpful. Breakfast was better than many hotels I have stayed in. Our apartment was spotless, very comfortable and a perfect bolthole. can't recommend it highly enough.

My room was huge, containing a large double and two single beds, this
was not an 'upgrade', I had paid for a non refundable room in
advance. Staff all friendly and very helpful, in particular the girl who
checked me in, didn't get her name, but she's off to Ibiza on
holiday shortly! Lovely courtyard out back with waitress service (food
and drink) and where smoking is permitted. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Abigail's for 3 days with my wife and 4 year son. Abigail's located at heart of the city close to restaurants, shopping, bars and pick-up points for most tours. Staff is very friends. Breakfast consisting of break, butter, jam, coffee, yoghurt, eggs, milk and cereals is included. Free wi-fi is included though it was very weak

I was there for two days. I really liked the location of this place. Walking distance to almost every other place. The staff are really friendly and nice,ready to help. The security there is also high. The place is very clean too. I was at some other hostel to see a friend and trust me,it wasn't half as nice as Abigail's. It was the first statement I made immediately I could manage to. All in all, it is a very very nice place to stay.
Plus,breakfast was very good.

Arrived after a long journey was made immediately welcome by door man and reception -reallly could not have been more helpful. Was upgraded on check in to a superb suite with terrace overlooking city and river -just superb . Real quality Hotel with some really nice touches-breakfast freshly cooked and superb. The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

Buswells Hotel is very well located for sightseeing and shopping in Dublin.
