The standard in the hotel was second to none.. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpfull.. The service provided to us was excellent.. definitely will be back again.... - The whole stay at the hotel was fabulous , not one complaint! All thestaff were outstanding from reception to the bar , to the room serviceand spa alike! Truely 5star

Very friendly welcome and attentive service; keen to offer advice on local facilities. Room was clean, nicely fitted and very spacious. Breakfast was very good. Parking was available. Residential location & taxi/car needed to get into central Killarney. Very well priced.

Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again! - The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.

Complex feels new and looks clean, beds and couches were nice and comfortable. Location is great as well, we did -
The apartments were such a relaxing place to stay with our two little girls (1.5 years and 3.5 years). Little door stoppers were provided and the girls had a ball running from one room to the next. It was lovely to not have stairs.
The apartments have been newly carpeted since we were last here and it was great to stay in a place with a fresh carpet smell. They were spotless.
The staff were absolutely fabulous. Very pleasant and so used to dealing with young kids.

Absolutely loved the high level of service, just had to ask once and was provided in a flash, loved the location and view from the room and the homely feel of the hotel, the bathroom design concept is stunning, simple yet sophisticated. The Spa was world class in fact one of the best spas I have visited especially loved the thermal suite concept..

We loved everything about the Muckross Park! We spent two nights for our wedding anniversary and felt thoroughly looked after and spoiled. Right from the minute we arrived and were met by Ted the concierge, who was knowledgeable and friendly to the reception and bar staff. It really made our whole trip and we will return without a doubt.

We loved Muckross Park Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good, and the food and drink at the attached pub were
excellent. The room and bath was beautiful. The location was perfect for
us. It's away from all the busyness of Killarney and directly across
the street from the National Park and an easy path to Muckross Abbey and
Muckross House. I wish we'd stayed another day and taken advantage

Enjoyed every minute...upgraded to the luxury suite and certainly worth it...waking up with a view of the Mcgillicuddy Reeks, wow! Any complaints about the lack of tea/coffee facilites are wasted, head downstairs and use the excellent facilities - Excellent, professional, courteous and friendly staff, who treated us like family. I found the Dromhall Hotel to be so relaxing and the staff could not have been more helpful. I really enjoyed the coffee breaks at no extra charge, a very nice touch. The best family hotel myself and my parents have ever stayed in. I have two children aged 2 and 3 and they didn't want to leave! The family suite was fantastic with lots of space and facilities. The pool was great and very child safe with different areas for abilities and heights. The staff were all amazing and could not have been nicer. There were activities and clubs for the kids and bouncy castles and the outdoor playground was great for my two boys. Brilliant break all round.
