  The friendly staff especially Michelle who worked at the spa. she made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was finished at 10:30 rather than 10:00, which made a nice change and the checkout time was also later than usual giving us a chance to enjoy the leisure facilities again. - Hotel was spotless.   I travelled from Finland with friends to the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel in July 2013. We had a wonderful stay with a very comfortable and extremely spacious room. Our friends were upgraded to a superior executive suite which was a nice surprise and we also received a big discount on parking.
