Staff were very efficient and friendly. The courtesy bus is a fantasticconvenience for travellers staying at the hotel and all the drivers wereso helpful and friendly. - On arrival we were checked in straight away.We were asked if we would like to book a table in the resturant by the receptionist on arrival.room service was very quick.

The Radisson SAS was formerly the Great Southern which was a very good hotel. Radisson SAS are currently updating the facilities but that didn't take away from the enjyment of my stay. They have a free shuttle which takes you to the airport and which is completely reliable. The staff were extremely helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation reccomend

When we sleepily knocked the phone off the hook for the wake-up call, someone came to the door personally and knocked! We arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so the airport shuttle was super convenient and -- since it was free -- contributes to the "value" rating. Everyone was very efficient, pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is exceptional for cleaniness, comfort and service.The beds are the nicest I have EVER slept in and I have stayed at lots of 5 star hotels, the shower unit was what you only find in 5 star hotels and the buffet breakfast was lovely,great fresh coffee! We stayed in the hotel three times during 15 days since we went to Europe and then back to Ireland. They kept some of our luggage for us. They had a prefectly clean, new crib and diaper changing mat for the baby in the room and their Irish breakfast is a true feast.

From the point where we were picked up at the airport to the point where we were dropped back the next day the experience was superb. Food (for the price) was excellent, the room spacious and quiet. The accommodations were excellent. The rooms are small but well outfitted so we had everything we needed. The restaurant & bar had a nice selection and the service was good. We had two problems: our room was directly above the area used for smokers from the bar so the smoke was very heavy even with windows closed; the heat was blasting and drunken revelers ran up and down the hallway until 4:30 in the morning and we had no way to access management for assistance. The location for Dublin Airport travel was excellent. The town of Swords was minutes away and we enjoyed a lovely meal in a local pub and then an evening walk in the countryside down beside the house. Its in a quiet and convenient location. The rooms are comfortablity furnished and there is an inviting feel about the place. The owners are friendly and helpful.
