I have been staying here for many years as in my opinion it is the best located of any for access to Jakarta and the airport. The staff is always very nice and helpful. -
Excellent location if you have to be in the SCBD or Senayan areas.
Helpful staff, and the cost is not too bad for what you get.

I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. The apartment is kept clean but the towels need to be changed to a new set

As an apartment, there was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Adequate space for me to meet with several people during my 2-day stay.

Great staffs - was welcomed with cold face towel to freshen up and a glass of mocktail drink. Pleasant, lovely front desk people. The room was spacious and the king bed was ultra-comfy. We had a long stop over between flights before getting on a red-eye (and husband was sick), so we opted for a few hours in a comfortable hotel instead of waiting around. Best idea we've ever had. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were able to get a good rest before a long flight onwards. Only 5 minutes drive (depending on Kuta traffic) from the airport and price was excellent. Location is great and it was a shame Husband wasn't feeling better or we could have explored the area a bit.

All the staff from valet to house keeping where excellent, i stayed there many times. It's nice of them to upgrade me to penthouse for free. Great that it is 2mins walk to Epic walk Mall. -

Work Staffs are professional.
The room was ok. Great location near to Sumareccon Mall. WIFI in room excellent.
Hotel's food are 7/10. Mushroom Foam soup, Salmon & creamy lobster is a must try.
Appetizer creamy chicken on mushroom not bad also.
