1. Lacation just 3min walk cross the road to Ngoya Shopping Mall. ( best mall in batam all in one )

Bfre my trip there...the staffs mainly named deden n ariff were very patient n efficient in answering all my questions and enquiries...upon reaching the staff at the lobby recept welcomed us warmly n in a friendly manner with some welcoming drinks...they were also very clear in explaining the details to us...the room was very spacious and comfortable..i personally like the mini kitchen provided which was complete with cutleries n some cooking equipments...overall i was very satisfied....n the m

I reserve deluxe room with this hotel by going directly to the hotel,surprisingly they say the room is full so i open letsbookhotel.com and manage to get one,which is a good thing. They said there were no more queen size bed,but only twin size bed.but they manage to provide me a room with queen size bed upon receiving the room key,the staff is polite and very helpful to serve you and handle your request

We were upgraded to a room with view Located on top of the hills where view is the best part of the hotel. Check in was prompt, the bell hop was great. Awesome pool. Absolutely loved everything. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, with us being the only ones in the pool. Having said that, when we went for breakfast the dining room was full. I think most of the guests were there for business. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.
