The staff at the hotel were fantastic upon my arrival.
When I got to my room they rang me to make sure everything was ok and to let me know the minibar was free!
The Manager Esap was very welcoming in the morning and helped arrange transport during my stay and provided free lunch and arranged for his staff to take me to the airport.

Love the fact that I can do a last minute shopping at Cihampelas Superhero outlet before my flight back. The location is so convenient as it is linked to CiWalk. After a tiring day out, I can just walk over to the mall and have a nice cup of hot chocolate at Starbucks or JCo Donuts and enjoy the night away till closing. I don't have to worry about

sensa is my hotel in bandung... i love its concept for i am a butterfly-lover... it is the place where i will surely feel at home!!! everything is good about Sensa- from the staff down to its facilities and the place - AWESOME!!!

We booked 2 days for a quite considerable value. definitely suggested this hotel to family with small kids as their room is quite spacious (if your kids is 3 years and 1 year, like me). Strategic location, opposite Rumah Mode factory outlet and few others. We had our chauffeur so there was no issue travelling in the city. Will take you 30 mins to Kampung Daun for a great dinner.
