  The room was simply amazing, it was more than I expected. Everything was very clean and well maintained. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave a good overview of things to do and also good explanations on how to get around. They organized our diving tour which was amazing and cheap! Very friendly fellow! - The staff were very friendly & helpful, the design of the resort was lovely (I didn't expect the one bed villa would be so spacious or have its own pool), I liked the quiet location and the cost was not high. The problem was that I did not stay there for long enough!

  It is located in a big street, but pretty cozy and quiet inside, just a gate away. The service there is awesome, and everyone is well prepared to provide any kind of help you want. The villa is very beautiful, with flowers everywhere. Although there's a private beach only 5 min walking far away, the swimming pool is far more fantastic than it. And... что говорят » the best thing is NO INSECTS in the room. That's very hard in Bali. - The hotel has only 13 villas which allows to receive a personalized treatment. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us in planning our excursions and leisure plans. The food at the hotel is very good and they serve it in your villa. We would definitely repeat the experience!

  I do not use the word perfection so lightly, but Ayana has come as close to it as possible. The resort within resort themed villas, breathtaking design and location, unmatched facilities, attention to even the smallest detail is definitely the best I've ever seen.   Fully satisfied! Excellent new room, very modern (bed, bath, towels - everything inside). Stayed for 5 nights in room 512 Lagoon view and 2 nights in room 126 Lagoon access. They upgraded it for free. Buffet breakfast costs extra 195.000 IDR and worth it, very good atmosphere. The hotel has a great swimming pool. The location is good because it is very close to Jimbaran Beach and Mall. The room service and concierge were excellent.
