The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was good for the price. Location is pretty good. We had chosen a room online with a second bed for our six year-old and a bath, but upon arrival the manager offered the top room with the best view (this property is build on the hillside like most in this area). We switched to a lower room with a bath closer to the pool so we could more easily keep an eye on our son. While the hotel is on the main/only road, it was very quiet with almos.

The hotel is located a bit in the outskirts of Amed and is located uphill, but the beach can be reached just across the road. Along the road there are several shops, warungs and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a very nice and clean swimmingpool with sunbeds and beautiful garden surroundings (well kept) and a nice restaurant for breakfast (included) and lunch/snacks/dinner. At the reception (with WI-FI) you can easily arrange several tours, activities and/or transportation (taxi/ shuttle-bus/s. We got a nicer room than we expected. Great view of the ocean from our bed. Breakfast on balcony. There was a DVD player and some movies for rainy nights and we could rent some movies from the neigbors (Spa). Mosquito net. Breakfast was ok (sometimes it was great, othertimes it was burned). Room service on demand. Nice and helpful staff. Nice area (snorkeling at a sunken ship; great restaurants; Spas in the neighborhood). I feel we had the best room (no.3) as it was a really good size a with great view. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Anugerah villas were very well kept and clean. The pool and surrounding gardens were great. Snorkelling in Amed is fantastic. Excellent value for money. There is no atm in town, so they let me run a tab and pay with a credit card at the end. Meals, Beer, Scooters, Snorkeling equipment even massages. The staff were great, the food is good and crazy cheap, and amazing snorkeling is a few minute walk away. Would definitely return!. A family run establishment where the staff are more than willing to help in anyway they can whether it be transport bookings or anything else. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. It is in the middle of the Amed strip so you have access in each direction to other resorts and attractions. It is cheap as chips so you can spend your money on eating or diving or whatever. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was inexpensive and had a great view of the ocean. Very nice view on the sea! Quiet area, so you need to rent a motorbike. Friendly helpfull staff. Not as close to the water as some other properties, but those places are more expensive as far as I could tell. Some rooms don't have great views. The hotel location is not central (uphill, but quiet). For activities it's best to use transportation by taxi or scooter. The hotel suites are not easy accessable due to lots of staircases. The bathroom is damp and the waterpressure was a bit poor. And you can get soap only on request. The hotel linen (towels and bedlinen) sometimes have stains or (cigarette) holes, but are fairly clean. The WI-FI connection is only at the reception and not very strong. A lot of tiny ants come to your room (maybe because of food). There always was an ugly smell in the garden (maybe because of some chemicals in the pool or durians?) from which you'll be fed up with after some days. Spend the extra $10 and get the deluxe room it makes all the difference in the world. Liked it all, we were very happy there. The breakfast was a little sparse and the linen is also due for replacement. it was all good!!!. 10 min taxi ride from Amed. Beach is stones, not sand. Fridge in room did not keep drinks very cold. mosquitoes, incomplete toiletries. The room we were in was rather tired and the bathroom in particular was scruffy. As it was a downstairs room we did not have the balcony with a sea view. As a result it did not feel as comfortable as we had hoped. Ask for an upstairs room. The room needed updating and cleaning. The walls were dirty and the mattress was uncomfortable. The breakfast menu was was pretty limited. Very poor Englisch speaking staff.. Difficult to communicate. poor breakfast / no clothes hooks in the room or especially in the bathroom / no bath tub in the bath room / very poor toiletries / c/c terminal not online when I want to check out. When I arrived my Deluxe room only had a bed. No wardrobe, no tv, no dvd-player, no minibar. Because I didn't accept this the room was fully furnished after a few hours. Problem with electricity. 3 days cold shower.
