Excellent hotel inside, outside is not good but then nowhere outside in Delhi is very good. Don't be put off by the outside appearence of the hotel--when you go inside it's a transformation. Location was good too - close to Connaught Place & good for getting our bearings in New Delhi. It's also not too far from Old Delhi. It's also close to a key metro station.

I stayed at the hotel for one night seeing the sights of Delhi. It was nice and clean, and must have recently been refurbished. Perfect location especially for those not very familiar with the city. 10-15 minutes walk to city center, 10 min to metro station, 15 to the india gate...5 minutes to multiple restaurants, bars, etc (at CP)... If you don’t want go by walk then metro option will be there... Facilities and rooms are clean and serviced every day.

Fast check-in, offered help with luggage (unlike the Radisson the week before). Plenty of bottled water in room, fresh lillies in room, request for room with bath met. Room scrupulously clean, modern decor, quiet at night so slept well. Extensive room service menu, food arrived promptly and was delicious. Breakfast buffet very tasty as well. Staff all helpful.
