All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. when i checked in the hotel i had to ask for complimentary bottle of water from reception .But any thing apart that wonderful loved there spa. Gym had some less equipment but was ok for a decent work out . yes any one must try there rooftop i had the best indian food ever ever in my life . -

The staff at the hotel was very very friendly, Especially Mr. Vinodh and Mr. Sunil. We had an electrical problem in our room alone, suddenly at midnight 12. We complained it and the staff immediately responded and tried to repair it. But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired.
