It's a tranquil place where u can just go and relax. Loved the entire concept of being in the lapse of nature. I was amazed to see the hospitality of staff!! Food was too delicious , very authentic.Keep it up!! -

The staff is incomparable. Ishrat Kaur served an amazing role as our personal butler and I rank her highly as one of the best employees (and people) I have had the pleasure of encountering. The hotel is opulent and classy. The staff is the best we have ever
encountered, and consistently excellent. The dining is delightful and
even room service is great. The spa treatments are amazing! Went in for
a pedicure. An hour and 1/2 later I left after getting a Epicure, a
leg rub and while my polish was drying , the young man massaged my neck

Needless to say after that experience, my husband and I looted for 90
minute ful -
All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception
for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered,

I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -
