We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe

I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. -

Breakfast was superb, plenty of options, on level 18. View was to die for, our room had beautiful harbour views, and meal in restaurant was very good, staff helpfull. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The staff was extremely quick in responding any request we had (such as bringing extra bottle of water, extra set of toiletries, booking a restaurant, etc..). Literally like one minute after I hung up the phone - I am certainly impressed. This is even faster compared to Grand Hyatt or Mandarin Oriental in HK. Definitely worth a praise.

The hotel has a very good location. The shops, restaurants, MTR station and the church were all walking-distance . The staff is very accommodating. Twelve members of my family checked-in, 8 adults and 4 kids. We reserved 4 rooms and we were given 2 sets of adjoining rooms, how convenient! The rooms (and bathrooms) are very clean and well-kept.

The staffs were courteous and helpful. during our stay, the hotel needed to have a temporary power outage, the details were properly explained to us during checkin, plus notices in the bedroom and TV. It was even better than I had expected. I enjoyed being so close to the Star Ferry, MTR and attractions. Everything was in walking distance. Having a Star Bucks across the street was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hong Kong. - The hotel is close to all major tourist spots outstanding view (wouldcost you aprox £500 per night next door). The aircon was fantastic, Therooms were very clean and well serviced. The beds were very comfortable.Had a great stay would recommend to everyone the ymca is not a hostelfor the young! It is a great hotel for all ages. Get a room with a viewand be in at 8pm to watch the laser show.
