The space including lobby and the room we have are well redecorated, fashion and bright, clean and comfortable. Staff and manager are polite and helpful. Price of the hotel probably one of the cheapist in Wanchai, at least the C/P value I figure would be the best of all hotel I been to.

* Staff very good and helpful except the door man. He ran away when we ask help to get a taxi to the airport during our departure back to our home country.
* Restaurant in the hotel ZAAN was awesome. We love the food there. Very nice and not expensive. All the people who served in the restaurant also very nice and friendly. Sam, young man who responsible and in charge for this restaurant know how to advise us and arrange the food.

I do not understand about the holding deposit being charged then I paid for the room on another charged slip n I have to wait for the hotel to refund me the deposit .....why do I need to have my money held up for a month ...previously the hotel just do a holding deposit n will tear the slip ...now they actually charged it to my credit card ....

The location of the hotel is fantastic, the standard of the room,facilities and customer service is one of the highest I have seen acrossthe world. Nothing is too much trouble. I felt very safe and comfortable at the Salisbury YMCA. It was even better than I had expected. I enjoyed being so close to the Star Ferry, MTR and attractions. Everything was in walking distance. Having a Star Bucks across the street was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hong Kong.
