Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. Highly recommend staying here. - everything was excellent.we arrived in the morning but they gave us the rooms in 10 min.the rooms were very quiet,it was a pleasure to stay there.

Shopping nearby, rich continental breakfast and really attentive staff who would be willing to help even the fussiest customer. I felt very safe and comfortable at the Salisbury YMCA. It was even better than I had expected. I enjoyed being so close to the Star Ferry, MTR and attractions. Everything was in walking distance. Having a Star Bucks across the street was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Hong Kong.

The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to Harbour City/Ocean Terminal, and it is not far from the MRT station. The rooms are nice, and the beds are big and comfortable, with lots of pillows. Connecting rooms were provided as we had requested. Moreover, all five of our reservations were upgraded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide great service, especially Victor at the Front Desk. The breakfast buffet is also good.

On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

Nearly everything! The location was perfect. We brought our 7-month old
baby along with her 5-year old sister, and we did not experience any
difficulty getting to the train station (Tsim Tsa Tsui), buying
breakfast or dinner (as hotel have family restaurants in very close
proximity to it!), hailing a cab even at 11pm to go to Temple St. A real
value for money. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wifi everywhere,
which was a big plus unlike some hotels that charges you for the
internet connect
