  Archondissa is a family run hotel. The owners are very friendly and they are responding fast to any inquiry (before stay and during stay). The hotel is situated on a pebble beach (big smooth stones, like in a mountain river). You need watershoes but the water is very clear and very good for snorkeling. The rooms were cleaned thorough every day and the towels/blankets/bed - We enjoyed every aspect of this accommodation to the fullest of extents. The staff are the perfect hosts, ensuring their guests have that "holiday smile" you can only get if you're properly looked after. Clean, robust accommodation in an idyllic setting far from the madding crowd, yet right on the beach - the only true beach hotel on Samothraki.
