  We would like to thank Afroditi, Mary and all the other staff of Elina for our wonderful time there! The hotel was close to everything, both the beach and the old town, our room was comfortable and bigger then we thought, there was a balcony and a bathtub.   We had an excellent time at Yacinthos. We were treated like a family from the very start, and got a big hug at goodbye. The staff was very helpful, providing everything we asked for. The owner is a lovely lady, who prepares excellent breakfast, and making sure you're happy at all times. We had a deluxe studio.   We received a very warm Cretan welcome from Kiria Chryssa and her daughter Galia who spoke excellent English. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, fresh towels and cleaning were provided every other day and we had fresh sheets in the middle of our stay.   абсолютно новая, качественная мебель, очень чисто, приятный дизайн. оч тихий кондиционер fujitsu, в номере очень приятно пахло дыней (источник столь приятого запаха так и не нашли) Заселялись поздно, около 17-00 дали номер не тот который бронировали за 60€ а с видом на море который стоил на тот момент 150€, были приятно удивлены. Самый лучший отел... что говорят » ь в котором когда либо жили! Ретимно очень приятный город. - Так как мы заказывали номер в самый последний момент произошла накладка и наш номер освобождался только к вечеру. Но надо отдать должное девушке с ресепшн. Очень переживала и извинялась и в конце концов заселила нас в соседний отель (их родственный), который по букингу стоил дороже нашего и был явно категорией повыше, с видом со всеми делами. В общем остались всем очень довольны.

I hope her plans for restoration of the rest of this mansion are fulfille - Everything! We stayed in the maisonette and it fitted the bill perfectly, all facilities provided. Our hostess went beyond the call of duty and her staff could not have been more pleseant and obliging. The location was perfect for us to explore the town without having to walk miles and bearing in mind we were there for the Easter celebrations we were in a fairly quiet area.
