  We really had a great time. fira (karterados) is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday especially in june. Thea Studios is well located, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily rent a quad and exploring the island with pleasure.   it is in perissa right by the beach, a lot of bars close by. The staff is very friendly, everyone knows tony in town who is the owner of the hotel. - Great value. It's not a 5 star hotel but the house has some character. Tony picked us up at the port at 3.30am, and the ferry arrived more than an hour late. Hes very nice and helpful too.

  The caldera views were the best on the island, we sat around the pool to watch the sun set. The hotel was lovely,modern and clean. Breakfast was well done (coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal, toasts, meats, cheeses). As a family with children ages 2 and 4 years old, we loved the pool.   staff were very friendly. The location is nice as only 15 mins walk to Fira. Restaurants are a lot cheaper than in Fira - The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the centre of Thira and 2 minutes walk to the bus stop (you can get to the beaches). Our room was nice and clean with spacious balcony.
