  We've stayed at de luxe apartment. Very clean room, good surrounding territory, nice staff and wonderful transparent emerald green sea. The hotel is not in village. The nearest village is about 3 km, so the car is desirable.   What an amazing find! We just stayed three nights in a one-bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. Beautiful clean grassy gardens, a great play area for the kids, yummy taverna for us and just steps to a beautiful uncrowded beach. Amazing that it is so close to Thessaloniki. If you have small kids, get a ground level apartment so you can sit on the patio and they can run around in the big gardens in front - Everything was just perfect. The stuff really is friendly and more than helpful. We stayed with two young children in the hotel and the comfort level was perfect for us. The beach is really close, sand, clear and calm water... Though the party on the beach seemed to keep on going every night, and though you could hear the music probably till early in the morning, we were not disturbed at all. All eateries are 5 blocks away, 5-10 minute walk. Major supermarkets at 5-10 mins drive. Clean sandy beach stretching for miles. For shallow waters check out Aprovalta or Stavrós nearby - We spent one night at Big Dino's while traveling to Turkey. We arrived very late, but this has not been a problem. Location directly on the beach is very nice. The rooms (2 doubles) where essential but clean and confortable.
