  The hotel is beautifully situated in the mountain just a short drive up from Neos Marmaras. It overlooks the sea and the views are terrific. The owner, Katarina, has created a calm, peaceful and romantic atmosphere and it is obvious that she enjoys what she is doing. She has left no detail unattended. We had an absolutely lovely time. The shower was very nice, the canopied b - We couldn't have desired more from our stay at the Oreiades Guesthouse. It was impeccably clean, location was wonderful and the owners made everything they could to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was abundant, fresh and delicious. The village is a small jewel itself. All the time I was feeling like in an old movie. I would recommend this place to everyone who would like to have a relaxing, energy-recharging and romantic holiday.

There are 2 ok beaches in the nearby area, Liosi and Punda. The closest is Liosi, about 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes with car.   I booked this place last minute for friends visiting. I ended up stayed there myself a couple of nights after long talks during late dinners with some live music and ouzo. The stuff was very friendly with the arrangememt. the kids loved the the beach with the ping pong table and the delicious ice-cream crepes (which I also indulged to).   We loved everything about this beautiful new resort!! The place was as clean and inviting as you can imagine. The view and feeling from our balcony in an ocean view room was spectacular, but we could also go to the other side of the hotel for great views of Mount Olympus. The location was amazing! Sea on one side and mount Olympus on the other. The hotel is really new (i think it opened in 2012). When we arrived we got an upgrade to a junior suite with a mountain view due to availability. The room was perfect! Spacious, clean, luxurious! The jacuzzi at the balcony was great and i totally recommend it. The staff was very helpful and polite. The facilities were worthy of the hotel's five star category.

  The location is superb with a nice see view, very close to marvelleous beaches (by car). The hotel manager Yannis is very friendly. He is also a great guide, just tell him what to do and be sure he will recommend you the best place that suits you. Pool and playing area for childern is also sufficient. The rooms are very spacious.   Всё!!! Спасибо Джими и Жене. Красиво, комфортно, чисто. Находится примерно в пяти километрах от Неа-Рода. Частный пляж, лежаки и зонт, парковка по номеру сьюита. По утрам скромный завтрак, точно не ради него ехали. Пляж чистый, уединенный, рядом с виллами. Для детей - райское местечко. Бегай, играй, ни машин, ни посторонних. Aparments are very comfortable, are fully furbished and have direct exit to the yard and the verrandas have the most wonderful panorama. There is a wonderful mixture of the most fabulos sea and olive greeneries. Extreme quietness, excellent air and weather is never too hot. - Place looks like haven. Extremely quet, with private beach. This year, they did something we haven't seen in much luxurious hotels we stayed in past- prepared full breakfast at 6am just for our group! We will be coming back to Maison
