  Our experience at the Grand Nefeli was wonderful! The hotel itself is beautiful and very welcoming. The location is ideal with easy access to spectacular beaches like Porto Katsiki. The crew, who are the owners treat you like friends, from the first day, and are superfriendly greek guys. The place is perfect for windsurf, has good beaches in front of the hotel and Lefkadas best beaches are also very close. We will definitly come again.

  Beautiful surroundings and hotel. Friendly staff. Good spacious rooms. Fantastic island to explore using car, bike or boat....a must! So many good views, good tavernas, shops and lovely people. Very handy to have regular hotel minibus trips down to port. Attended a family wedding and couldn't imagine a better place.   Seaview rooms have amazing views and are very spacious, but just a slightly dated feel about it. I've got to give credit to the staff here - they are always tentative and helpful. We stayed on half-board and I am usually a fussy eater but found there was plenty of options that I could eat and enjoy.   Nice place, clean, frendly staff. - The hotel is in good condition, tidy and clean. The swimming pool area is fine. There was always enough food served in te buffet even if we arrived later to the breakfast or to the dinner. The waiters and waitresses are very helpful and kind.

  The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun.
