  Avra Hotel is in a fantastic location. Fantastic beaches only a few minutes away. We were made to feel so very welcome by the staff, in particular Maria, who was so very helpful. We cannot praise the cleanliness of the accomodation enough. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who wishes for a relaxing holiday. I'd recommend Avra Hotel to everyone who wants relax and to enjoy beautiful beaches, especially to people who leave for romantc journey. I also recommend to have dinner at the restaurant just at the corner with the hotel. You'll taste delicious food.

  Everything was nice. The hotel itself is just on the beach with really clear and warm water, the nature around is excellent. Porto Koufo village with numerous of taverns and market is in 10 mins walking. Breakfast was usual for 3-stars hotel, nominal. There is always free place in the car parking. The spot is perfect for families with young children, and the scenery is just magical. The greek breakfast featured local produce and included amazing variety. Everything was fresh. The owners are doing an exceptional job with the place. We need more entrepreneurs like them in Greece.

  Perfect location on a hill, away from the noise of the village center but still very easy to get to (5 minutes), heaven-like view from the pool. There are 2 ok beaches in the nearby area, Liosi and Punda. The closest is Liosi, about 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes with car.   We enjoyed our stay at hotel Milies because it is in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for families with little children. They have nice garden were children can play and a playground with a lot of toys in a dinning area that your children can use. Owners, Kaliopi and Dimitris are very kind and helpfull. Breakfast included in the price (same evry day, but for a cc - Great location in a peacefull street - removed (2.2 km) from the bustle of the Stavrós centre, yet 50m from the sea. A nice, well-kept yard, obviously geared towards guests with young kids (so bear that in mind if you don't like children). Clean rooms with all the basics, including a kitchenette. But the best feature of the hotel is definitely the owners, so don't be shy if you need anything - they'll be more than happy to help you out.
