  Everything!! It's an excellent hotel with spacious rooms, amazing sea view, beautifully and practically designed. Ideal also for families.Very polite staff especially Mr.George the Manager who is a real professional in all aspects and at the same time a very warm person.   The breakfast was homemade every morning, which beats a buffet any day. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with getting things done locally. The rooms were beautiful in a nice old style. We will definitely be returning to this hotel! - great people the hotel is beautifuly made and is really well managed

  The B&B is situated close to the beach. The beach is not as crowded as in other places. Compared to the Rhodos City, the beach is less busy, the sea is mostly calm, water is crystal clear. We rented a car, so we were able to see a lot. The design of the rooms is a very pleasant mixture of traditional Dodecanese island and modern architecture and they are very well equipped and clean, with eco-friendly options. Recommended!

  The staff (Joke, Dimitri, and Fanny) was so nice with us from the beginning till the end. We really enjoyed their kindness and availability for questions we had about Rhodes and the island.   Wonderful little hotel, and very well run. the owner is always on hand if there was a problem, but never was. we had a late flight home and they let us stay in the room. If you can't walk up hills and don't like donkeys, don't book it. 5star all the way.   It was wonderful time with family in Kos. So friendly helpfull owners- if you have any question, need recomendation about island, beach, taverna, car rental and etc- they help any time. It were so clean- change every 2 days towels and beds; so nice garden with flowers. The breakfast- it was awesome...different cakes- and sweet, and not with olives, feta and etc.. - The Kos Island Studios are immaculately mantained with beautiful gardens. There are 8 apartments and the business is family run. The owners cannot could not do enough for us during our stay. The breakfast is superb with a lot of variety to chose from each morning (bacon / village sausages / even home baked cakes). The apartments are spotless, cleaned thoroughly every other day and include fast WI-FI and satellite TV. The apartments are well appointed, have nice furniture and even hand wash cre

  We recently stayed at Michalis Studios. We were greeted off the boat from Rhodes by Elefteria which was a real gift. Her professionalism and friendliness really helped make our stay perfect & memorable. The studio was ideal with everything we needed, very clean with a fantastic sea view of Livadi.
