Wonderful, cosy, frendly and peaceful hotel! Close to the non busy beach. The center of Marmari at 15 min. walk by beach. At 5 min. walk - windsurf station. We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Очень уютные апартаменты, из всех номеров вид на бассейн с красивой подсветкой (особенно красиво вечером). Хозяин милейшей души человек, помогал во всем. Отдельный респект горничной, очень милая женщина, прекрасно говорит по-английски. Уборка в номерах каждый день. Хорошее сочетание цена/качество. Совсем рядом несколько "вкусных" и недорогих ресторанов (например, ресторан Медуза), небольшой минимаркет с довольно высокими ценами, но неплохим ассортиментом. Большой гипермаркет примерно в 2 км.

I stayed in Alia during my visit in Rhodes this october, the room i had was spacious on the second floor soundproof with a sattelite tv. The a la carte brekfast in the morning was delicious and freshly prepared for me. All the areas were spotless and the bar staff was so friendly. Staff people is the strongest point. They are really open and charming people, not to mention helpfullness and dedication to their job. Hotel manager, dining room chief with his wonderfull team, bartender of lobby bar and snack bar people made our stay in this hotel as just as perfect.
