Everything is beyond any expectation! The personnel is warm, friendly and always there to assist, with a smile. Warm and relaxing environment and decoration. Sandy beach. -
Nice big rooms, clean hotel, food was very good, location good, Staff very nice and helpful, pool areas were excellent, no saving of sunloungers so plenty for everyone.

The service of throughout this hotel is excellent. Fromt he moement youa rrive until the moment you leave, everyone is friendly and accomodating for all needs. The rooms, pool and restaurant are all very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness)! We would recommend this highly and would glady make a return visit for a longer period

Clean, very friendly staff. We didn't get the bracelet for all inclusive which makes you feel more comfortable, instead the staff is trying to know better their guests having a friendly and relaxed communication with all of them. Quit during the night, so you could sleep well. Good food, tasty food.

Our stay at Ilias Apartment
was great, the apartment is directly at the beach and the view from our balcony was beautiful. Up the street were several shops, supermarkets and restaurants and plataniás itself is good city to stay in, it's close to the main highway of crete and with car a lot of surrounding places can be easily reached.

Excellent location, close to the beach and still only a short walk away from the centre of Platanias. We had a spacious 1 bdrm apartment with two balconies on second floor. Small balcony off the bdrm on the seaside had a table and chairs. Bigger balcony facing the street with a sideway view of the sea also had a table with chairs as well as two sunbeds and a clothes drying rack. Staff was very nice and helpful but also gave you all the privacy needed.

A nice hotel close to the beach. Clean swimming pool with sunbeds. Short walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. -
Nice view, clean rooms, very comfortable beds (hard to find even at 5 star hotels), Cretan soap from olive oil, excellent service.

The staff was great, very friendly, they create an amazing atmosphere. It is really worth to take the time and go for a beer (or two) to the bar. It is budget friendly, and guests are more like a big family there.

Everything was provided in the room that's needed for a weeks
holiday from toothbrush to shaving stuff shampoo dressing gown slippers
,couch tv wi fi .The room was cleaned everyday and had a flushing toilet
which you sometimes don't get in the greek islands ,I cant fault the
hotel for anything with its five swimming pools an ideal place to go to
