great staff!! clean and comfort! - The owner, who took care of everything personally, was extremely helpful and cordial. The hotel is located very near to the beach and also to the bus stop to take one to Fira, the capital, only about 20 minutes away.

Very good location, just 1 or 2 minutes to walk to the beach. It is
close to everything, shops, restaurants, car and motor rental, bakery
and supermarket. We were deeply impressed when we walked in the hotel.

Where do I start, Samsons village is a awesome place to stay, a real pleasure. The manager John could not do enough for you, a real gentleman. The place was spotless, and the rooms were cleaned everyday to such a good standard, the cleaners were always a pleasure to see. The location ws very good, close to the beach and the bars. I would recommend Samsons village to anyone. About hundred yards from the room was a pub called Dorians, and it is was the best bar around. 2 euros a pint and 3 euros

Отличная семейная гостиница. Фото соответствует номерам, чисто, уютно, комфортно. Удобное расположение в 2- х минутах ходьбы от центральной части пляжа Перисса, расположение соседних построек достаточно просторное. На пляже всегда много свободных лежаков, зонтов за 2 евро или при заказе коктейля бесплатно, бесплатные раздевалки и души в свободном доступе, огромный выбор таверн, чистый пляж, чистое море, мало людей. Идеальное сочетание отдыха на море и греческого гостеприимства.

I stayed at Aretousa Villas from 7th until 15th of August.
You cannot find a better place for this price!
As other reviews mention, the location is very convenient: it's very close to everything that you need for a holiday: the beach, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, souvenir shops, car rental office, bus stop and 2 travel agencies where you can buy day trips to Oia, Volcano & hot springs, Ios island etc.
The room and all the hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Great location ( 2 minutes walk to the beach ) and located right in the village center. The cleaning lady was very nice. WIFI signal was very good. Their car rental staff were very friendly.

We ordered her home-cooked food for lunch and breakfast for a reasonable price - a real godsend given that many restaurants were closed in the off-peak season of March.
The rooms were beautifully furnished and perfectly comfortable for us -

Small family-run hotel. Very friendly and helpful owners. Allowed us to choose our own room. Very clean and comfortable with kettle and hotplate.
Black beach and restuarants are 5 mins away. Climbed up the mountain to ancient Thira, path just behind the villa.

The hosts, Rula and Costas, were fantastic, providing a free pickup and drop-off service at the port. Rula was more than happy to give advice about where to get the best deals in Perissa, where to dine etc. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the small town of Perissa was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Thira, with a lovely beach and a great range of shops and restaurants.
