брали номер видом на море - до моря 50м пляжной полосы. хороший завтрак,
столовая расположена на крыше с видом на море. персонал действительно
хорошо говорит по русски. единственный отель за поездку где было приятно
поговорить на русском. WiFi в номере работал четко.

I would have been amazed by this hotel, were it not for all the other positive reviews which made me choose it in the first place.

This hotel is rated as two stars hotel but in my opinion it is at least a 3*, if not 4*.Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Beds provided were one of the most comfortable ones I've used in a hotel. The balconies offer a lot of space and great view. It is right in the center of Paralia Katerinis and practically on the beach. We booked 3 rooms 2 of which were with sea view. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff (actually, owners). Rooms are being cleaned each 3-4 days, together with furnishing being changed. Everything we needed for our toddler (e. g., kettler, hand blender and so on) was added to our kitchenette equipement at once, without additional fee. Need laundry? There's a washing machine in the basement; no extra fee also. Rooms are bright and cozy, air conditioning is perfect. The building, being only four-storey, even has an elevator! It takes 5 minutes
