  The owner, Anastasis, is a real nice guy who started helping me after booking. Provide free pick up from the port and free transport to airport as well. The castle is excellent, located at 10mins walking from city centre. Many excellent photo points and I really enjoy taking my wedding pics there. The room itself is much better than I expect - AMAZING place to stay. The rooms are incredible, you will only ever be in contact with one other guest(s), as there are only two rooms: the smaller room downstairs and the upper windmill room. Anastasis is a gracious host, he helped us find a great deal on a scooter and picked us up and dropped us off at the port. Breakfast was more than we could eat each morning. I cannot stress how amazing these accomodations are, if we ever make it back to Mykonos, this is the only place we will consider

  I was told that Kouneni was recently renovated, and it shows. Everything is brand new and very well kept. In my opinion, the pictures do not do it justice. The staff was nice and super helpful.   Mrs Marrietta is very very helpful. We really enjoy the staying in Mykonos. Room was good and comfortable. A big shared terrace have super nice sea view and windmills!!!! Even on Sunday all drugstores were closed, she was try - Marietta, the owner is just AMAZING. She couldn't do enough for us while we were there. She picked us up from the port and drove us to the airport on departure. She spent time with us on arrival and gave us a full briefing of the area with her recommendations and even walked us into Mykonos town to help us get our bearings.   Beautiful views, and so much outdoor space! Huge rooftop patio with great seating, along with many smaller patios and balconies throughout. We basically had a private patio and gorgeous balcony with lounge chairs to ourselves because it was right outside our room, but anyone could have used it. Breakfast was very good. We later stayed just down the street at Hotel Nazos and though they looked about the same online, Ibiscus was a much better experience (nicer fac - My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it. The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!! The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.

  We enjoyed our stay at Portobello Boutique Hotel tremendously. It is a classy hotel with a very contemporary feel, nestled a little away from the main town of Mykonos, barely 5 mins away from the quaint shops and little alleys. Although the room was a little tight, we appreciated how comfortable and cosy it was.   Me and my friends fell in love with Mykonos and definitely will come back soon. The only place I can imagine staying in is Villa Margarita! It is one of the best hotels I've been to. EVERYTHING was perfect! I loved amazing views, beautifully designed rooms and location (several minutes from one of the beaches and Mykonos center). He met us on a minivan in the port when we arrived and brought us there when we had to - I can't imagine that you can do better for this price anywhere on Mykonos! I really couldn't offer a criticism. If you want to enjoy the fun and atmosphere of Mykonos Town, be near a lovely beach with a traditional taverna, but not be next to pumping music 24/7 then this is for you! The rooms are all in self contained mini cottages, with stylish shower suites and lovely fresh decor. There's even several perfect spots to watch the sunset away from the crowds... They bring breakfast to your room
