  Отель в старом городе. Недалеко от главной дороги. Отличное месторасположение для тех, кто предпочитает пешеходные прогулки. До пляжа минут 10-15 пешком тихим шагом. Номера в отеле очень чистые, всё очень просто. Соответствует цена качеству. Хозяйка отеля потрясающий человек. However the hotel is hardly to blame. (Of course one can rent a vehicle, but inexpensive? -answer, No) I didn’t know I was looking for a friendly hotel host, but realized the difference it makes. The hotel hostess, Stella, is good company, l - The apartment was amazing value for money, not only is it a great size but the owner is incredibly nice. The Apartment its self is about a minutes walk from the strip, however you cant hear it from the rooms. So if you are going for the night life its great. But also its good for those not looking for night life but more for a travelers holiday and the owner is so helpful. Highly recommended

  Very good location , very nice , friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the heart of Malia and just 2 minuts walking to beach. Lots of bars , restaurants and night clubs are close to this hotel. The small bar of the hotel serve people till late which is very useful.   First of all, a very big thank you to the proprietors Parthenis and Elena. I stayed one week at the Parthenis Beach and it is just a fantastic place to relax. Their warm welcome and hospitality is very much appreciated. They want you to feel "at home". The hotel is extremely well situated; next to the private beach.   We had a wondeful time at Mare Monte.Wonderful friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, So were all the other meals we had there. Super family friendly place, kids had a blast .
