If you visit Athens and you are looking for a pleasant stay,go to Polis Grand Hotel!!! - from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome. The service was great and very caring. The food throughout was wonderful and fresh - at all the establishments in the Polis Grand. They offerred the freshest and best buffet breakfast we have experienced so far in our European travels. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to reccommend it to anyone!

Upon booking, I had requested a non-smoking room on a higher floor. When we checked in, we were given a room on a second floor that was a smoking room where everything was scented with nicotine. However the hotel were happy to accommodate us with this change when we checked in. The doors are double to the balcony which is good for the busy street. I highly recommend this hotel for any kind of stay in Athens. The staff is very friendly. The value for money is splendid.
