Very nice apart-hotel, just refurbished in a modest, but amiable style. All facilities (AC, TV, kitchenware etc.) are in good condition, free (not very stable) wi-fi.
Convenient location in a quiet area; 5-7 min. to/from port, central bus stop and city centre (with its supermarkets, shops and restaurants), 2 min. to Lagada beach.
A bit too much hasteless, but helpful stuff.
Good value for money.

Lovely place to stay, the pool and garden are beautiful. Nice view on the sea. The owners are very kind. We arrived late the first night and they drove us down to the city so we could eat and rent a scooter (their son has a scooter rental business - he is very professionnal and friendly). They also drove us back to the port the morning we left the island.
Good location as you have a 10/15 minute walk to the port of Adamas, but I'd advise you to rent a scooter or car on Milos is you want to dis -
1.The location is as near and far from adamas (port) as it should be.
2. The owners are kind and helpful and can take you from the port whatever time you arrive.
3. The rooms are cozy and most of all very clean as there is an everyday cleaning lady.
4.There is a great pool that works 24hour and you can have free coffee from the bar.Also the garden is great with many flowers and palmtrees.
I would recommend the hotel without any hesitation and absolutely stay there again.

Wow, the best value for your money. The hotel is situated just outside of the main town, a 2 min walk. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our holiday went perfect. Room was nice and cosy, they cleaned rooms and changed towels every day. Pool was big and clean. Sea is next to the pool, and there are free sun chairs. It takes only few minutes to the town and less than a minut to ferry.
Staff at the hotel (except reception) were kind and always smiling.

We enjoyed the entire experience at the rigas hotel. christos the manager was attentive to every need and his brother, pannos was equally supportive of all the hotel guests! the rooms that we occupied, rooms 7and8 were spotlessly clean and spacious. we were within reasonable walking distance of the town, adamas. the morning breakfast buffet was adequate and served in the very nice lobby area. we can highly recommend the rigas if you plan to visit milos. we will return to the rigas on our

Proximity to the beach, to local stores, tavernas and to bike rentals. Very nicely designed building, cool spacious rooms, ample parking, friendly and helpful service and free WiFi which is so rare in Greece. - The hotel was very nice. Very friendly staff, willing to explain anything regarding the must-sees of this wonderful island. Pretty clean and neat. Only 5-10 mins walking from the port of Adamas (plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars there). Overall a very good choice for this budget. -

The staff and the hotel owner gave us superb hospitality. They were extremely welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. The hotel itself was excellent value for money, and had lovely views overlooking the surrounding landscape. The hotel location was conveniently placed between the port and chora on a major bus route.

The owner of the place, Manolis, was super friendly and helpful. He gave us really good tips about things to do on the island and he even offered to take us with him with his boat to go snorkelling. The place itself is at an excellent location close to the port and the other two big towns (7 km from Pollonia and Plaka) and the room was really clean (the cleaner came almost every day) and it offered anything you would need.
