  The staff were fantastic. My partner was suffering from acute backpain when we arrived and as a result was unable to leave the hotel during our stay. Everyone was very kind, especially the lady who gave her some of her own supply of painkillers and offered to go to the pharmacy for more; nothing was too much trouble. - The hotel is "Fabulous".   We loved that our stay was in an apartment-style room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. He didn't stay at the hotel with us, but he only lived a few minutes away and responded quickly when we called him. We enjoyed the view from there and found it very relaxing.   This hotel has a very high standard throughout. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious - more like a small suite, with quality furnishings and immaculately clean. All the food was good but this is probably the best breakfast in Germany.
