We liked the authenticity of the Castle. The staff made us feel special. They were well educated on the food, wine, history of the area. Also very accommodating when it came to luggage needs. This hotel is lovely, the owners are so nice.
The hotel is geared up for all visitors, bikers and drivers. Food was lovely and a good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel. -

We loved that our stay was in an apartment-style room. The staff was
very helpful and friendly. He didn't stay at the hotel with us, but
he only lived a few minutes away and responded quickly when we called
him. We enjoyed the view from there and found it very relaxing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ferienhof Stemler, the owners could not be more accommodating. We would definately recommend this to anyone.
The two bedroom apartment was very clean and extremely large with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.
Enjoyed our evenings sat at the owners restaurant eating fine food and taking in the breath taking views.

The hotel was really nice and the staff friendly. And on Easter morning they had a small Easter surprise for every quest. It made the stay more personal. - The staff was so friendly and personable. The hotel was well kept, and obviously cared for.

It has really excellent food, it is comfortable and elegeant in an oldfasioned setting - The quiet and beautiful location (in front of the Mosel and bicycle-walking path) and rooms- the Art Nouveau style- wellness offer- very nice food- very good consideration for special diet requirements

Quite outstanding hospitality offered by Stefan and Frank - friendly, interesting and helpful in every way. This is a simple, clean and unpretentious hotel offering really excellent value for money. The four days spent at Zum Anker enabled us to appreciate (for the first time) some of the reasons that people love the Moselle - we strongly recommend this Hotel and the whole area.
