  The staff members were friendly, nice and really helpful all the time. They were all professional and passionate to help guests. And the room was amazing with a beautiful shower and bath tub seperated with the toilet. I stayed with my boss and we could stay at the seperated space since the room had a basement area which was with a extra bed. We had a junior suite in the 'Residence', a new wing with modern décor and spacious rooms, with a large, south-facing covered balcony / terrace; we'll ask for the same next time. Tastefully and warmly furnished overall, comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant is pleasently staffed and the food is excellent, both from buffet and a-la-carte. An absolutely wonderfull experience overall! Can't say anything less! We'd love to be back soon.

  Great value for the money in Germany. The staff made a point of remembering your personal preferences. I stayed at 2 different 5-star Hotels (one was even advertised as a Castle 5 star Hotel) in 2 different cities on the same trip. That says a lot considering I travel 3-4 times a year to various hotels in the us and Europe. The food was supe - The staff were amazingly friendly. We were treated so well , particularly on our 30th anniversary when they dressed our table and gave us a personalised scroll The spa area was amazing, very relaxing and, when we were there, was not overcrowded The food was soooo good and plentiful I cannot recommend this enough
