Close to the waterfront, helpful staff that spoke English and made recommendations for site-seeing and giving discount coupon for boat tour. Parking onsite, comfortable seating for dinner on patio, ample breakfast, pleasant serving staff. The friendliness of the owner and staff. The location was good - we rated it at the top of our list of best places to stay during our 3 weeks in Europe.
