  They have no staff on site, but still it works just great. Very easy to check in/out. I had an issue where I needed help, picked up the phone called the virtual desk and they were very efficient in helping me out. We travel to Leipzig a lot to visit my parents and because it's a great City, We will definitely stay at the Abito Suites again.
