Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, providing extra sheets and speakers for an iPod after we arrived. It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.

Very nice design hotel - nice big room - good location close to U-bahn, restaurants and close to Alexander Platz (10 minutes walk). Quit area.
Free wifi - worked best in the lounge. Will absolutely stay there again when returning to Berlin !

I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx
Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with
everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and
sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in
this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained
him by phone what's a place he needs to get to. Many thanks.

Being a hostel as well as a hotel, this hotel is more suited to groups and young couples, although people of all ages were staying there. The price was excellent for the quality of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and gave us plenty of information about the city and transport etc. There was also an excellent free walking tour every day that
