  Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. There was wi-fi available and they served a varied and good breakfast, which was included in the price. Room was small, but comfy, with street view. They've cleaned and arranged the room every day.   i can not say enough good things about Peter and Ben... so helpful! the place looks amazing and really encapsulates an old brothel feel.. it's kitsch, tacky and has some amazing pictures and features. excellent location. totally worth paying a bit extra to stay there for the real hamburg experience.. and please take Bens advice on where to go.. he... что говорят » knows his stuff! - Staff were excellent, gave me and my friend countless bits of invaluable advice.   Very clean and comfortable room, facilities were great. Parking was a bit squished but it was fine. Location is good proximity to the city center (with a car as we had) and many supermarkets etc. Overall it was a great stay with no issues. - Clean,tidy and little noise from others staying.   So well appointed, everything one might normally expect in a classy hotel was there. A neat touch was the magazine rack, even if we couldn't read German! The staff were excellent and able converse easily in English which enhanced the visit for us. The guest kitchen system is a great innovation and offers further enhancement to a stay. A place to revisit without doubt. - Absolutely loved this place - I am an architect and business traveler. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague
